The Province of Nova Scotia’s Chief Medical Officer of Heath, Dr Robert Strang, has approved a 2 phase re-opening plan for dentistry now that we are past the peak of active Covid-19 cases in NS. Starting on June 05, Nova Scotia dentists and dental specialists are allowed to perform urgent and emergency care for their patients. Routine care resumes for all patients on June 19. Our administrative staff will be reaching out in the coming weeks to re-schedule appointments for everyone in our patient family. When you are contacted, our staff will be ready to answer questions and provide details on our enhanced infection control protocols and screening tools that will allow for the safe delivery of orthodontic care. We have deferred recurring monthly payments for the months of April and May, with routine monthly billing resuming June 01. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you in our clinic soon! Sincerely, Dr MacLeod
An Orthodontic Specialty Practice
MacLeod Orthodontics has been helping to create beautiful smiles for Nova Scotians living in the Annapolis Valley since 1986, when Dr. David MacLeod started his orthodontic specialty practice.
In 2011 Dr. Matthew MacLeod joined his father at the completion of his orthodontic specialty training. After working together for four years, Dr. Matt took over the practice from his father, who is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement. Dr. Matt is tremendously excited to continue the tradition of providing quality orthodontic care in an efficient manner with a focus on effective patient communication and education.
Using an evidence-based approach to treatment, MacLeod Orthodontics will continue to integrate the use of time-honoured techniques with the latest advances in orthodontic treatment and technology.
